Enrollment Procedures for Elementary:
You can pre-register to our school by clicking the Google Forms button. Fill out all the necessary information and ready the following requirements.
Requirements for Grade 1 (Transferee):- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- ECD Form
- Certificate of Completion (Kinder 2)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Report Card (Original)
